Easy read – Vital information
Who knew that iodine was so important?! Every cell in our body needs iodine. It used to be in most of our food but……it was removed and replaced with bromine which is TOXIC. I’m beginning to see a frighting trend in our food supply. As if that wasn’t bad enough, removal of the bromine from our body is not so simple. The protocols in this book (along with DOZENS of patient sucessful testimonies) means it can be reversed but carefully. According to the research in this book, adding iodine back into the body fixes SO MANY health concerns from headaches to cancer. Unseating the bromine from the iodine receptors should be done under a “doctor’s” care but give that doctor this book first so they understand what your goal is and assist with monitoring your body. The side effects can be……challenging depending on your current iodine saturation levels.

This book is a must read for those on the holistic path.
