How does this method work?
The cranial sutures are rich in proprioceptors, a part of the nervous system that monitor position and force in order to promote alignment. Proprioceptors in the muscle spindle fibers and golgi tendon organs constantly relay information to the brain about the position of our limbs, vertebrae, hands, etc., in order to maintain alignment. Through these proprioceptive circuits of information, we can access the vertebrae to increase alignment, mobility and flow of energy.

To do this technique we go to a very deep layer in the body where the information about how to restore alignment is held: the proprioceptive system.
